Fancy Gold + Cream Silk Picot Soutache Trim horn The color is an almostIncredible height of french design and fashion during the Victorian era. This trim has silk or rayon covered cording couched to an underlying grosgrain like base in a fabulous undulating and intertwining waves. The edges of the understated background are accented with small picot detailing. Measures 1 3 4" wide and is comprised of cotton with either silk or rayon covered cording. This is true antique stock and is unfortunately not reorderable. Trim is
