The palate has lovely soft red fruit & overtones of cassis. The acidity is very fresh, giving the fruit a slightly tart edge. The wine is of mid weight & fine tannins give a little grainy grip. Balanced alcohol contributes a little warmth to round out the finish. The finish lasts well.
