It is the blend of wines coming from the young vines, part of the press and a few hectares, with a different subsoil dedicated to the production of this second wine. Round, fresh and fruity, with some spicy notes and a balanced, soft finish. With structure and character, it is an excellent bottle of wine, and can be enjoyed while still young and fresh.
