Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human THP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated

The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat UCHL1

Only those wells that contain F9

The plate has been pre coated with Rat HRas antibody. HRas present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat HRas Antibody is added and binds to HRas in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated HRas antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step.
