Set with a central rose cut diamond and two vivid blood red garnet topped doublets (GTDs), it's crafted in 18 carat yellow gold with English hallmarks dating it to the year 1908. I love these dome profile bands, this one swells out beautifully around the stones while maintaining a relatively low profile over the finger. Garnet topped doublets are a marvel of ingenuity
