Cold maceration at 6C for a few days is followed by conventional red winemaking and 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels. This is a deep ruby coloured wine with violet hues. Areti Red is a perfect match to rich fare such as roast lamb or braised beef but also cold cuts and aged cheeses.
