In its best expression it can surpass the expectation that are remarked by its ampelology conformation. It is a complex and enduring wine. It is composed by 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc. These vines are cultivated on calcareous marl soils and by using the Guyot method. The perfect pairing is
