Med body, med acid, high salty minerality. Grapefruit, green unripe grapes, lime on the dry palate. Creamy. Med strength finish is long and full of nose and palate and even some flora join here. Solid, light and green apple fruit and acid. A hint of almost vino verde spritz as well. Went well with cheese and charcuterie.
