John Carroll Kirby - Blowout (2LP) (New Vinyl) Bar Book interplanetary soundscapes resemble the surrealJohn Carroll Kirby is a producer, composer and keyboardist from Los Angeles. His new album Blowout was inspired by the local people, music and nature of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica where he spent time filming a new episode of his travelogue series Kirbys Gold. Blowout follows some of Kirbys iconic works such as My Garden, Septet and most recently Sundown in collaboration with Eddie Chacon.
