I dont believe that the mark is Saigon with the N missing because it is marked in two places and the signature is the same. The Chinese characters stand for health and prosperity. The bracelet has a firm bonnet clasp and measures 8 inches but due to the shape it wears more like a 7 1 2 inch bracelet. it weighs 42. 61 g
