With every step of the process happening locally, from the design, spinning of the yarn to weaving and finishing at a Yorkshire mill. The checkerboard design has a jacquard weave, created on jacquard punch card looms with subtle stripes running through that gradiate from charcoal to ecru across the weft, revealing a graditation from
