On the palate, it's medium to full bodied, elegantly textural and incisive, with good depth at the core, racy acids and a delicately chalky finish. This is a classy, beautifully balanced Pertuisots that isn't as rich and sun kissed as some of Sauzet's more dramatic cuves this year.
