Crafted with care by the Soraighe winery, this wine is made using the traditional Ripasso method, where the wine undergoes a second fermentation with the leftover skins from Amarone production, giving it a deeper colour, fuller body, and more intense flavours. On the nose, it reveals aromas of dark cherries, plums, and hints of spice and
