Fair Mango 70cl NEW 70CL Real fruitWe have sourced our mangos from the northern part of Peru, in the Chulucanas Valley. A local variety of mango is grown along the coast. In France, we first produce mango juice. We then infuse the juice (with pulp) for two weeks in neutral alcohol, and do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralised water for a perfect balance.
