Ginger & Lime Teacake wholegrain We have been tinkering withShippable (Pune only) We baked this cake for our pop up at Gorus Forest Farm. Wanting to use the produce available from the farm itself we zeroed in on ginger & lime, which grows in abundance over there. Ashwin was kind enough to send us a bunch of just harvested young ginger and limes for us to play around with. What we came up with is a simple teacake packed with flavors of these two ingredients.
