Mouse RTN4 (Reticulon-4) ELISA Kit MOT2 The Mouse LMNA (Lamin A/C)The Mouse (RTN4) Reticulon 4 ELISA Kit measures Reticulon 4 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre coated with Mouse RTN4 antibody. RTN4 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse RTN4 Antibody is added and binds to RTN4 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated RTN4 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step.
