The Wrecking Coast distillery was founded in Tintagel and to create this delightful little tipple they firstly macerate a range of 12 different botanicals into a neutral grain spirit for a minimum of two weeks before they run this through something known as an iStill (computer operated)

The result is a Sweet Milk Chocolate start which is shortly followed by notes of Citrus Orange and of course hints of Juniper

This White Rum release from the Bounty team is a 100% column still produced Rum which is then aged for a minimum of 2 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels
