135 East Hyogo Dry Gin 70cl alongside notes of Juniper andThis exciting little tipple is brought to us by the Kaikyo distillery and is based on what they call the 'Hyogo' style, which is the balance between Dry Gin and Citrus, infused with Yuzu and Sansho Pepper. In total they use 8 botanicals for this Gin with 5 of these being the Japanese botanicals: Cedar, Shiso Leaf, Chrysanthenum, Yuzu and Sansho Pepper. The result is a Gin which is packed full of Citrus flavours with underlying Chili and Pepper Spice
