Copper & Kings Absinthe Blanche Bottle:1 Fresh aromatics of dark cherryCopper & Kings Blanche Absinthe is made from a base of muscat grape eau de vie (un aged brandy), which is the traditional base for all absinthe. The use a double distillation method where the "low wines" (or lightly distilled muscat wine) is infused with the botanical range and then re distilled to the higher proof. It is a "blanche" or "bleu" absinthe lacking the green color of absinthe verte as a result of the distillation after the infusion. Copper
