A cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. Its a hardy vine that produces a full bodied wine with high tannins and great aging potential. The Cabernet Sauvignon is an opulent wine with aromas of ripe cherry, cedar, cigar, and lavender. On the palate flavors of Santa Rosa plum are layered with caramel rhubarb and toasted oak, finishing with
