Using a traditional Cheddar recipe, we blend flavorful cracked black peppercorns into our fresh curds, resulting in a beautifully aged, flavorful Cheddar. Fantastic in a mac n' cheese, grilled cheese, or on a burger (and of course, fantastic served just with crackers)! We lab test every single batch of cheese for safety before selling it. SHELF
