all rubber remains soft & flexi despite minor jigsaw cracking

which gives the impression that the rubber overlying has hardened

they did see exposure to the elements with resulting stiffened suede (which pops at the toe)

but appears to have a melted seal which should hold up

vintage van's style #_ ? ~ US9 US3 all rubber remains soft &vintage van's style #_ ? dfs black suede canvas black rubber scene made in usa circa 1996 used US9 UK8 8. 5 (gum waffle portion outsole measures 27. 7cm) very good used condition. the support at the heel has hardened & shows 1 central split on the right. all rubber remains soft & flexible except for the first foxing where it meets the canvas. it has become brittle only in those areas & as such will hold up to normal wear. insole is removable by design
