I'm fairly certain that, in nine years working in this biz, I've never seen such a tiny example. It's set with glistening diamonds in platinum prong mounts with an 18ct yellow gold band. Whilst maximalism was 19th century order of the day, clearly by the time the 1920s roared along people wanted for something different. Refinement. Less is more. Tiny but perfectly formed.
