Songye Mask Natural 02 Style as a sculptural decorativeSongye masks are hand carved from indigenous wood. The masks are traditionally worn by men during ceremonial dances. The masks are either masculine or feminine, identified by the crest in the centre of the mask. It is believed that the larger the crest the more magical powers the mask possesses. We have stripped back these masks to the original wood, to give a beautiful natural aesthetic to style with. Each mask is one of a kind. The natural wood and
