Stewart MBE using a selection of European and American Oak Casks before being married in a Tun, whilst being allowed a maturation of 25 years. On the nose comes plenty of Autumn Fruit notes with underlying Honey, one the tastebuds comes Vanilla Oak infused with Toasted Marshmallows and underlying Apple Tart with a lingering Sweet finish.
