Christophe Pacalet Beaujolais-Villages 2018 skus_30206577 We only produce small quantitiesThis tight and mineral wine reflects the granite terroir on which it is grown. It was made with semi carbonic cold maceration without addition of yeast or SO2. The fruit is still lean and needs time to round out and balance the acidity. Quaffable wine to drink over the next 5 years. The 2009 has a beautiful dark cherry red color with red fruit aromas. Pairs well with poultry and fish.
