Picollo Ernesto Gavi 2018 Bottle:1 Bright apple and pear are100% Cortese di Gavi grapes. The fruit comes from a new vineyard in the hills of Tassarolo. The grapes are softly pressed in a new pneumatic Willmes press. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and lasts around three weeks.
