It can be purchased with or without flapper provisions meaning you can run internal wastegate or external gate off O2. Porting and coating are also available. Additionally, running this housing in a "WG on the O2" configuration will require the turbine housing porting option in order to control boost to pressures below 25psi without boost creep.
