One side has the year 1945 and the other side has "P. I."(for Philippine Islands). AS IS. Overall decent condition. Natural straw color with purple text. Some of the purple color has faded. There used to be some sort of handle, but that has broken off. There are small cuts in the straw by the P. I. A few stains and it is a little misshapen
