For most folks, the pendant will land on the lower abdomen. You can also wear this wrapped around your neck twice so that you have two pretty loop necklace loops that hit around the mid abdomen and the second one on the chest. Some folks like to wrap malas several times around their wrist. This mala does have a pendant. The stag pendant is about half an inch long and two and a half inches wide.
