Tote with Fruit or Veggie Patch natural dyes Paper was painted with pigmentI first start by silkscreening my fabric. This is a 10oz cotton canvas printed with metallic gold Mandelbrot or fractal and my "fancy chickens" in turquoise. A patch is hand sewn to the lined pocket on the outside and is 7 inch x 7 inch. These patches were picked up at a tiny notions shop in Xela, Guatemala and were handmade by the Mayan women who ran the shop. They are pretty special.
