Nürnberg 1L J.G. Reif Beer Krug women's These are fantastic for collectorsLate 1800's early 1900's 1L J. G. Reif beer krug from Nrnberg. The 1L marking is on the front which is typical of older krugs, by the 1930's most were being marked back by the handle. It is in good condition with nice graphics. This is a krug, not a stein. Stein is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is not used to describe a beverage container.
