It is postwar based on the small markings inside (VEB is East German)

Its fairly worn but still a decent example

Broderie Nouveautes Swiss Embroidered Emblems. The top of the flag has come loose from the card. The patches are in good condition but the card shows wear. There is creasing on the corner and stains.
