Maison Advinam Allumee Orange 750ml Size:Each and barley malt with charredL'Allume is the skin contact orange wine from Maison Advinam, Anne Buiatti's natural wine house in Saint Morillon in the Graves of Bordeaux. Farming organically and biodynamically, Buiatti works largely by hand and bottles with no additives or added sulphur. A blend of Smillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, the wine spends around two months on skins before ageing in amphora and old oak. The skin contact gives it the texture, gentle grip and
