The name derived from the appearance of ridges on Japanese swords called "shinogi." Made by Riso Porcelain, a manufacturer based in Arita, Saga Prefecture, who adopted the latest digital technology to create this method, referencing a traditional scraping technique called "shinogite." This tea pot is graceful yet structural and deeply
