The bracelet is probably brass and there is a silver color replacement link and the clasp is a silver color

I can say from having handled a lot of mint condition pressstoff that these are 100% what a new shovel cover would have looked like during the war

There is some colored pencil writing on the sides

maybe for larger tents or camo nets

This one could be from the early post war period although the markings are all fairly nondescript.
