WAC Officer OD Hobby Hat Stetson AS-IS (Size 22 1/2) uniform This one replaced the usualVintage WWII WAC (Women's Army Corps) Hobby hat in OD green. It is marked size 22 1 2. Made by Stetson in Tennessee. The front has an officer's eagle the WAC changed from the walking eagle to the standard eagle that was used on men's hats in late summer of 1943. Named to Margaret Vanderau who was actually enlisted. I was going to replace the officer's eagle with the enlisted, but the officer's eagle covers the mothing that the enlisted insignia does
