Black Felt Boots New Old Stock (Arctic Air Corps?) box The steel hardware was paintedVintage WWII era US felt boots. These look similar to the arctic boots worn by the US Army Air Corps. I am not sure if these are military or civilian. The laces have decayed a lot but the boots themselves are in good condition.
