Bottom plate has significant wear on the white background - standard wear on the upper plate

Folks with '78 to '80 makes really don't want the "73" stamped in the lower left in order to get the period look spot on

but not completely original

A couple spots of blue touch-up on the background and all the white has been redone to fix faded numbers when found
