Black Hassia Flashlight tool I normally see this sort

I normally see this sort of stuff on earlier pieces like stuff from the early 1900's through the 20's but sometimes you also see it still being used with 1930's stuff and HJ items

It is an authorized copy of the designer hat (a common practice on designer hats in the 40s)
