This one could be early post war East German, but it can be hard to say as there was a fair amount of variation. The board itself is identical to many war time sets I have seen. The pieces are a little unusual. There are some little plastic chess pieces in the box which appear to be from another smaller travel chess board. The box is a little beat up with some scribbles on it. One of the blue
