We believe the bayonet matches the scabbard (both marked "8850 n") but the serial number on the bayonet is a bit odd (the "0" of the 8850 serial number appears as though the marking stamp was broken

It is a somewhat non standard pattern that was more common in WWI and more applicable to the SS in WWII, as they were largely supplied with non standard equipment. It has no markings and is in rough shape. It is dirty and has some holes and rips. Still a decent piece.
