Staining in the neck

We were holding this as a sample to hopefully make a reproduction one day but haven't gotten around to it yet so just decided to take some measurements and photos for reference and move it along for now

White Button Down Dress <br> (B-36" W-26" H-34") US Vintage Thiel pocket watchVintage 1930s 1940s white button down dress. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 36" Waist 26" Hips 34" Length 42" All buttons are present. It comes with a matching belt. Metal side zipper. The dress is slightly see through so a slip must be worn underneath. There is a tear under the row of buttons which can be almost completely hidden by the belt. There are some small stains on the front, by the shoulders and on the belt. A few scattered tiny specks.
