2018 L'Archetipo Marasco Brut Nature Puglia IGT piedirosso AnniversariesThis wine is made in the tank method similar to prosecco, but with Francesco, it turns out more like a refined Pet Nat (Petillant Natural, fermented in bottle and no filtration disgorgement). Made with the obscure Maresco variety native to Puglia, there really is no reason not to try this wine.
