This limited edition release is actually a grain whisky that began in 2016, when Master Distiller Andy Watts column distilled unpeated malted barley to create a lighter style of a traditionally complex malt whisky. The spirit was matured for four years in American oak casks, before being finished in Chenin Blanc casks for two years.
