Balance, or Chi, is the key when blending this Rhone inspired wine. The blue accents on the label represent the beautiful seas found only 4 km to the west; they bring cool afternoon breezes that aid in the development of the complex flavours. The gold background on the label represents the deep ancient sand hills in which the vineyards were planted in 1950.
