but it does have rust from age and improper storage

It appears to be made from a verity of components including the main body of a standard rucksack with British material and hardware for the shoulder straps. It doesn't seem like someone cut up the rucksack to make this, It seems more like it was made from an incomplete rucksack. It is not marked. I do suspect that this is very
