MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 48" Waist 40" Hips 47" Length 43" Nice, probably handmade, dress with matching belt. This may be one I picked up in Germany, as the style seems more "German" to me, but I can't remember for sure. Decorative fabric covered buttons down the front. Side button closure. Small shoulder pads. OK condition. It is wearable as is, but there is discoloration. Overall fading throughout. It
