one appears to be ink stamp Berlin 194

It appears to be complete and even has a roll of film inside (likely used and ruined)

showing only light wear and surface rust

It is in decent condition. There are some stains on the cover and throughout the book. The spine has some small tears. Shorthand was fairly common during the war and is rather complicated, making some original documents impossible to read unless maybe you have this book to help decipher it. It measures approximately 8 3 8" by 5 7 8".
