It is missing 2 of the 3 straps from the one side. The leather is in good condition. It is soft and flexible, but it is maybe a little dry. There are a few pulled seems here and there, with a little bit of the padding stuffing poking out at one corner. The pads are made from the late war natural canvas with the red stripe.
